This Privacy Policy explains how we ("we", "us", or "our") collect, use, share, store, and protect information when you use the App. This policy applies to the App and its related support services across all supported distribution platforms.

Please read this policy before using the App. If you do not agree with it, do not use the App or submit content to it.

1. Information We Process

Information you provide

• AI inputs and generated content: prompts, uploaded images or other files you choose to submit, settings you select, and AI-generated artwork or media outputs.
• Account and support information: if you create or sign in to an account, your account identifier and the information needed to provide support or respond to a request you send us.
• Purchase information: records needed to confirm coins, subscriptions, or other purchases. Payment card details are handled by your respective app-store payment provider and are not processed or stored by the App itself.

Information collected automatically

• Device and app information: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, network information, IP address, and device or installation identifiers.
• Usage and diagnostics information: feature interactions, approximate timestamps, crash logs, performance data, and security or fraud-prevention signals.

We do not request access to your precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, or files unrelated to content you choose to upload. Device permissions such as photo or camera access are requested only when you select a feature that requires such permissions.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain image-generation, video-generation and other requested AI creative features.
• Process your prompts, uploaded content, and settings to generate requested AI outputs.
• Provide customer support, manage purchases, and communicate service-related notices.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, secure the App, and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our terms and community guidelines.
• Improve features and user experience using aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible. Your submitted prompts and uploaded images will NOT be used to train third-party or our own AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the requested service, with your consent where required, for our legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable service, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party AI Service Disclosure

When you use AI generation features, your text prompts and uploaded image files will be transmitted to our servers and selected third-party AI inference service providers for the sole purpose of generating AI artwork and video outputs. Before transmitting your content to third-party AI providers, the App will present you with an explicit in-app consent notice describing what data will be sent. AI generation will not proceed until you provide your consent.

Submitted prompt and image data are processed solely to fulfill your generation request. Such content will not be used by AI service providers for model training unless you separately give explicit opt-in permission.

Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request and you are authorized to share it.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. It is generated automatically and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the App or where required by law. Recipients may include:

• Cloud hosting, AI inference, storage, analytics, customer-support, security, and payment service providers that process information under binding contractual instructions as data processors.
• Your app-store payment provider to validate purchases and manage subscriptions.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your AI inputs with other App users unless you choose a feature that makes your generated content public or shareable within the creator community.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or security obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where permitted by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. All data sent to third-party AI providers is processed under equivalent data-protection contractual obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your device and account credentials secure and use care when submitting content.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may control optional permissions through your device settings. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Account and data deletion

If the App offers an account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing contact@verveai.com. You may also use this address to request deletion of AI content held in your account. We may retain limited information where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or transaction-record purposes.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to use the service without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, use the in-app support option so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, our data practices, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy here and update the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
